How long is your shipping time?

The shipping time is 2-4 working days within Switzerland. Within Europe 2-8 working days. Outside Europe 4-12 working days.

TWINT, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Visa, American Express

Can I return my order?

Returns can only be made after prior agreement and no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.

The customer bears the costs for a return. Please do not send your parcel back to us uninsured and freight collect.

I have made a mistake with my delivery address. What can I do?

If you have accidentally entered an incorrect address, please contact us. We will do our best to ensure that your order is sent to the correct address. Once you have received the shipping confirmation email, no more changes can be made.

Shipping within Switzerland is free of charge. Within Europe CHF 11.90. Outside Europe CHF 19.90.

Your invoice will always be sent together with the delivery bill and your item.
